Fledge Grounds

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-16 · beta

1. The service

Fledge Grounds provides research data tools over the Model Context Protocol: credibility reports on AI-generated investment answers and sourced market facts (public filings data, congressional disclosures, and licensed market data). The service is in beta and provided as-is, with no uptime or availability commitment.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing returned by the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. The service returns facts with sources; any investment decision, and any output of the AI model you connect, is your own responsibility. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.

3. Accounts and tokens

You need an account and a personal access token. Keep your token confidential; calls made with it are attributed to you. One account per person. We may revoke tokens that abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute data obtained through the service; do not use it to build a competing data feed; do not evade rate limits or make automated bulk extractions beyond normal interactive AI use. Licensed market data (quotes, earnings, transcripts) is for your personal, non-commercial research use only.

5. Data practices

We log your account email and your tool calls, including query parameters, and we use those logs as described in the Privacy Policy — including to build aggregate, de-identified analytics that we may commercialize. If you do not want this, do not use the service; you may also request deletion of your account data at any time.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; verify against the linked primary sources before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.

7. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or discontinue the service; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance.

8. Contact
