Account: your email address, received from Google sign-in. We request no other Google scopes.
Usage: every tool call made with your token — tool name, query parameters (e.g. tickers, search phrases), timestamp, response status and size — plus coarse technical metadata (client type, approximate region).
(1) To operate, secure, and improve the service. (2) To build aggregate, de-identified analytics about market research interest — for example, “how many users researched ticker X this week”. These aggregate products contain no names, emails, or individually identifiable queries, and we may share or sell them, including to institutional clients.
We do not sell or share your identified personal information (your email, or your queries linked to you). We do not run ads. We do not access your conversations with your AI — only the tool calls it sends to our server.
Usage logs are retained while your account is active. Email ld3110@columbia.edu to access or delete your account data; deletion removes your account and disassociates your logs within 30 days.
California residents: you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing — our aggregate products are designed to be de-identified, and we do not sell identified personal information; contact us to exercise any right. EEA/UK residents: our lawful bases are contract (providing the service) and legitimate interest (aggregate analytics); you may object or complain to your supervisory authority.
Tokens live in access-controlled storage and all transport is TLS-only. The service is not directed at children under 16.
